I'll bring the tent, tables, homemade cookies & goodies, and the setup! You provide the space and the people, and I'll bring a little homemade goodness your way!
And since Aunt B will be there in person… you never know what little surprises might come along!
Soooo… Who Pays for the Goodies?
Your guests do!
Think of it as bringing Aunt B's little goodie shop right to your location!
I'll bring a variety of freshly made cookies, sweet treats, savory snacks and maybe a few surprises.
Your guests can browse, pick their favorites and purchase their goodies directly from Aunt B.
You don't have to purchase the entire table! Just provide the space, invite the people and help spread the word that Aunt B is coming!
How Do You Get Aunt B to Your Event?
1. Tell Aunt B About It!
Send me your event date, location, type of event, expected attendance and any other important details.
2. Secure Your Request!
A $10 deposit is required before moving forward with planning or making arrangements.
The deposit allows us to begin discussing your Roadshow, but does not automatically guarantee availability or event approval.
3. Let's Figure Out the Details!
Once your deposit is received, we'll go over the available space, setup, event expectations and what goodies might be a good fit.
4. Confirm Everything!
After reviewing the details, I'll let you know whether Aunt B can attend and confirm the arrangements.
And what about that $10 deposit?
Depending on the event and final arrangements, your deposit may qualify for a refund! I'll explain whether it qualifies once we've worked through the details.
5. Aunt B Hits the Road!
Once everything is confirmed, I'll get busy preparing the goodies, packing up the tent and getting ready to meet your guests!
A Few Things to Know!
At least 2 weeks' advance notice is required for Roadshow requests.
$10 deposit is required before planning begins.
Deposit refunds depend on the event details and final arrangements.
Guests purchase their own goodies directly from Aunt B.
Availability and event arrangements must be confirmed before your Roadshow is officially booked.
